Mindfulness
Mindfulness, in its most basic sense, contributes to the increase and development of awareness skills, teaches one to stay in the moment and to meet whatever the experience of life offers with courtesy and without judgment. It has no end; it is the name of a process that spreads and is included in all life from the very beginning.
A "better myself" can lead to a better existence. The stress that the mind is particularly inclined to manufacture causes substantial damage to mental and physical health in addition to the standard obstacles of the time and daily life. However, mindfulness teaches the individual to manage this stress, to look and see more clearly in their minds, to develop the proper habits, and to be at peace.
A healthy life requires the coexistence of mental and physical health. The World Health Organization defines health as a condition of whole physical, mental, and social well-being. It is not just the absence of sickness or disability. The practise of mindfulness has a long history and several benefits for both physical and mental health, according to numerous neuroscientific studies. Even the brain's functions are restructured as a result of acquiring these skills.
Other known benefits:
• Increases productivity.
• Develops creativity.
• It strengthens decision-making skills.
• It affects communication and relationships positively.
• It makes the person feel much more peaceful and happy.
• With all these effects, it also contributes to the optimization of the immune system.
However, just knowing this information is not enough. With practises to be carried out during individual sessions or group programmes, people can become more aware of their inner and outer surroundings and so contribute to their mental health.
1. Individual Sessions
People can change the problematic components of their emotions by changing their emotions and behaviors with breathing and awareness exercises. The harmful effects of stress can be reduced through relaxation techniques. But every solution is personal, and different people have different habits they desire or need to develop. With the help of the evaluation from the first interview, the needs of the people are determined and a personalized, holistic approach is used to determine the working technique and timeline for the issues.
