The dynamic sling is a non-surgical application. With this method, biologically compatible special rope hangers are moved underneath the skin to be placed in spots that will ensure the wrinkles decrease. The thread lift is a non-surgical procedure that may be considered to help reduce the appearance of sagging and lines in the face. The extent and duration of any change achieved vary according to the individual's tissue characteristics. Dynamic sling, which uses special rope hangers that have a lifetime of 5 years on average and are biologically compatible with the skin, is used to eliminate sagging in the chin, lift eyebrows, shape the face, firm sagging in the neck and remove the lines around the nose and lips that occur due to mimics.

Ropes used in this method stretch approximately by 20%. The threads used are flexible in structure. Nevertheless, as with any interventional procedure, undesirable effects such as infection, oedema, bruising, asymmetry, visibility or migration of the thread may occur. The possible risks must be explained in detail by the physician before the procedure. These ropes, which do not harm the soft tissue, also hold tightly on to the tissues.
